What is the Australian Animal Poisons Helpline?
The Australian Animal Poisons Helpline is a FREE poisons information helpline for pet owners.
We aim to provide rapid, up-to-date and evidence-based poisoning advice. The Animal Poisons Helpline is staffed by Poisons Specialists and specialist Veterinarians. All clinical staff employed at the helpline have in depth knowledge and experience in treating poisoned patients. All clinical guidelines are ratified by our board certified Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Specialist.
As a non-profit charity organisation, we rely heavily upon the support of our amazing sponsors who enable us to raise awareness for our service through competitions like this – as well as upon the generosity of pet owners like you.
